Ridgeline Metal produces some of the best architectural panel systems in Oregon. We are known for our reliability, accuracy, and dependable results. We are able to maintain this reputation because of the team we have in place. Each employee of Ridgeline takes pride in their role in producing exceptional panel systems for our customers.
Roger Dryden
Roger and his Partners purchased the company in 2007. All the partners are long time central Oregon community members. The partners believe in a culture of “Customer service” and “Team appreciation” that has marked their long history of success in the business.
Tadd Schaedler
Tadd Schaedler is Ridgeline Metal’s General Manager. Tadd has been part of the Ridgeline Family for over 23 years! Tadd is our “go to guy”! And we are lucky to have him and his knowledge!
Monte Turner
Monte Turner is Ridgline’s Assistant Manager. Monte has been part of the Ridgeline Family for 6 years. Monte is a key part of Ridgeline’s day to day operations. Monte is sure to always greet the crew and customers with a smile, listening ear and problem solving strategy that we are so lucky to have on our team!
Trent Schaedler
Trent Schaedler has been part of the Ridgeline Crew for approaching 3 years. Even though Trent is one of the newest members of The Ridgeline Family, he has fit in quickly! Trent can operate any machine on the property and is often one of our “go to” guys. If you are in the yard and have a question, reach out to Trent! If he doesn’t have your answer he will hustle and get it for you! We are lucky to have a motivated young person running around here!
Carla Plasker
Carla Plasker has been part of the Ridgeline Crew for almost three years. Carla is our bookkeeper and does an amazing job. Carla is always happy to take your order, answer your questions and share a warm smile! If Carla doesn’t have the answer you seek….. You can bet she will find one quickly and get you taken care of right away! Carla is an absolute gem and we are definitely thankful to have her on the team!
Joel Maresh
Joel Maresh has been part of the Ridgeline Crew for 5 years… In fact Joel is just celebrating his 5 year anniversary! So please feel free to wish him a happy anniversary! Joel has been such a positive addition to our team! Joel greets everyone with a smile and a great attitude! As a key member of our shop you never know what machine you may find Joel at! We are so thankful for Joel’s versatility and “go getter” attitude!
Dave Brown
Dave is one of our newest additions to the team, and great addition he is! Dave has taken to running machine very quickly. He manly runs our 3-Foot machine but is constantly watching broadening his knowledge on different machines and their function.
Marlene
Marlene is one of our office gals, if you’ve called or have come in to place a order you have more then likely met her. She is always quick to the counter or the phone to make sure your experience here is the best. She always wears a smile and will do everything she can to make sure you leave here wearing one too.
Mick Rehberg
Mick has been apart of the team for 8 years now. He mainly enjoys being out in T-Lock but you can see him anywhere whether it’s in the office taking your order or out in the shop bending the trim. He can and has done just about everything here at the shop.
Randy
Randy is our delivery driver, if its got wheels and tires he can run it and not just run it, but run it well. He is hands down the most up beat and easy going guy you will ever meet. He will do everything he can to make sure you get your material on time and in good condition. We are very lucky to have him delivering for us!
